Ali Web Design provides services including business website design, online store development, interface improvements, SEO optimization, maintenance, security and digital feature integration. The availability and precise scope of each service are determined on a project-by-project basis.

2. Quotes and pricing

Displayed prices are starting prices in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. They do not constitute a final contractual offer. A written quote specifies the services, price, schedule and terms applicable to each project.

Third-party costs—including domain names, hosting, licences, payment gateways and subscriptions—are identified in the quote when applicable. Applicable taxes are specified in accordance with the law.

3. Acceptance and payments

A project may begin only after written acceptance of a quote and, where required, payment of a deposit. Payment deadlines, deliverables and any milestone billing are set out in the applicable agreement.

4. Timelines and cooperation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, timelines are estimates. Clients must provide required text, images, logos, information, access credentials and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Changes and revisions

Included revisions are those specified in the accepted quote. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional estimate and must be approved before work begins.

6. Client content and responsibilities

Clients must have the necessary rights to use any text, photographs, trademarks and other materials they provide. They are responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and for keeping access credentials confidential.

7. Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for completed work are determined by the agreement with the client. Third-party tools, libraries, themes, plugins and other resources remain subject to their respective licences. The client retains ownership of their pre-existing materials.

8. Hosting, maintenance and security

Hosting, backup, maintenance and security services are included only when expressly agreed. Despite agreed technical safeguards, no website or external service can be guaranteed to be free from interruptions or vulnerabilities.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, termination and refund terms are specified in the applicable quote or contract. Work already performed and external expenses incurred may be taken into account, subject to rights and protections under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Information submitted through our forms is used to process inquiries, prepare quotes and communicate with clients. For more details, please see our privacy policy.

11. Liability

Ali Web Design strives to deliver its services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, the business is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Website use

Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems or use its forms to send malicious or unsolicited content.

13. Changes to these terms
